Apparently whenever you choose certain build options or part descriptions in the configuration tool, it allows cyberpowerpc to use "generic parts based on availability" in my case this turned out to be a Gigabyte Eagle OC 3080, instead of the Nvidia model, which is what i believed i was ordering, nowhere in the choice box for GPU did i see "choosing this allows us to put whatever card we happen to have" in your new system, I certainly did not order anything labeled as a Gigabyte brand partner card (and I never would have after watching countless reviews and being fully aware of the Gigabyte eagle OC's shortcomings). So if you like learning about computer problems and how to install components then this computer is for you, otherwise try another brand and be happy.
